The Counseling and Educational Psychology Department at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is seeking qualified applicants for the 2015 cohort of doctoral students. The Department admits a limited number of doctoral students each fall semester. The Counselor EducationPh.D. Program is CACREP accredited with an emphasis on: diversity, including a large number of international students. The program’s focus is on preparing future counselor educators and skilled clinicians. With a vibrant accomplished faculty, the program is at the forefront in preparing future leaders by providing doctoral students with teaching, research, and supervision experiences. The department and distinguished faculty members have been recipients of a number of national/international awards including theACES 2007 Robert Frank Outstanding Counselor Education Program Award.  


Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is a learning centered institution located on its own island in a tropical setting.
