Summer 2026
- Last day to submit Field Site Survey Form for new site approval: Monday, March 30, 2026
- MOAs for the Summer 2026 semester must be submitted by: Friday, April 10, 2026
Fall 2026
- Last day to submit the Field Site Survey Form for new site approval: Monday, June 29, 2026
- MOAs for the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted by: Friday, July 10, 2026
Special Request Dates
If you are planning to utilize your place of employment, you will need to submit a special request proposal as mentioned in the Field Service Manual on page 8.
Summer 2026:
- Deadlines have passed
Fall 2026:
- Special request deadline due by: Monday, June 8, 2026
- Students will be notified by: Monday, June 15, 2026

- April 20: CPCE Interest Meeting - 6pm
- April 24: Dean Beard's Retirement Celebration, 3-6pm EDT
- April 27: Last day of classes, Spring semester
- April 28: Reading day
- April 29-31: Final exams for graduating students
- April 29-May 7: Final exams for non-graduating students
- May 7: Chancellor's reception for graduating students and their families; commencement rehearsal
- May 8: Spring Commencement ceremony; all grades due in Banner
- May 1: Final grades for graduating students due in Banner
- May 19: First day of classes for Summer 1 and Summer dual session
- June 8: Special fall request (for placement) deadline
- June 29: Last day to submit the Field Site Survey Form for a new fall site approval
- July 10: MOAs for fall 2026 due
