Re-accredited through 2030!
The Program recently received a letter from CACREP regarding the outcome of our accreditation efforts. It is our honor to inform you that we have received the full 8-year accreditation for each of our programs, without any conditions.
Notice of the outcome concluded roughly a two year process of re-accreditation for the program. Faculty began drafting a self-study of the Program during the 2020-2021 academic year - and completed a CACREP site-visit in February of this year.
Congratulations to all of the Counselor Education faculty and staff - and a huge thank you to all of the students (current and past) who assisted with our site visit back in February.
Textbooks / Fall Courses
Don't forget that textbook information is ALWAYS available on the Program's website: http://www.nccucounseling.com/student2/index.php/course-info/textbook-list-sheet
Unless you have to purchase through the University bookstore, please feel free to order your texts through whichever site you choose. Just make sure that you will receive them before your courses begin. Most courses will have reading assignments within the first week of school.
