I'm looking for a dedicated and organized Part-Time Practice Manager to join my team at Research Triangle Counseling. This role will be instrumental in helping us streamline our operations and provide exceptional service to our clients and providers.

A bit about the role:
The Practice Manager will oversee key administrative tasks like client communication, scheduling, and supporting our providers, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly. We’re starting this position part-time, with the goal of transitioning it into a full-time role as the practice grows. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a mission-driven organization and grow with us.

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. A willingness to learn our systems and processes is essential. Experience with healthcare or practice management is a big plus!
