Summer and Fall 2026 MOA Key Dates
Summer 2026
- Deadlines have passed
Fall 2026
- Last day to submit the Field Site Survey Form for new site approval: Monday, June 29, 2026
- MOAs for the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted by: Friday, July 10, 2026
Special Request Dates
If you are planning to utilize your place of employment, you will need to submit a special request proposal as mentioned in the Field Service Manual on page 8.
Summer 2026:
- Deadlines have passed
Fall 2026:
- Special request deadline due by: Monday, June 8, 2026
- Students will be notified by: Monday, June 15, 2026
Summer Classes begin May 19
Classes for the first summer session (as well as the dual session) begin May 19th at 12:01am. If you are taking a class during this time, make sure that you have your materials (books, etc.) ready by the first day of class.
Please note that faculty teaching during the summer may not be available between commencement (May 8) and the first day of class (May 19).
Summer session two begins on June 25.
Upcoming Dates to Remember for nccuCounseling:
- April 29-May 7: Final exams for non-graduating students
- May 5: SOE faculty meeting - graduate certification meeting (faculty only)
- May 7: Chancellor's reception for graduating students and their families; commencement rehearsal
- May 8: Spring Commencement ceremony; all grades due in Banner
- May 19: First day of classes for Summer Session 1 and Summer dual session
- May 20: All registration activities for Dual and Summer 1sessions end at 4 p.m.; Last day to withdraw from the university with a tuition adjustment and/or refund
- May 27: Last day to file for summer graduation; last day for graduate students to withdraw from a class (summer 1/dual)
- June 8: Special fall request (for placement) deadline
- June 25: First day of classes for Summer session 2
- June 29: Last day to submit the Field Site Survey Form for a new fall site approval
- July 10: MOAs for fall 2026 due
