The NC School Counselor Association (NCSCA) 2025 Graduate Student Poster Session is scheduled during the annual conference on Thursday, November 6, 2025.
The deadline for poster proposal submission is Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 11:59pm. Students will receive notice of an acceptance decision by e-mail by Friday, September 26, 2025.

All first presenters will receive a free registration for the Thursday, November 6th portion of the conference.
If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to judge the poster presentations, please let me know. The 2025 NCSCA Fall Conference will be held November 5 – 7, 2025, at the Sheraton Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC.
