We are excited to present an excellent career opportunity for your master’s and bachelor’s program students through the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (EIPD) within North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS). Through this EIPD Hiring Blitz, we are currently offering several positions that may align with the career goals and aspirations of your graduating students.

We encourage your nearly graduating students to apply for the following positions:
- Rehabilitation Counselors (82 vacancies + a $6000 sign on bonus): Rehabilitation Counselors provide support and guidance to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve personal, educational, and career goals. They work with clients to develop and implement plans for vocational training, career development, and other services that promote independence and integration into the workforce and community. Graduate students in human services programs who have not yet completed their degree can be hired as a trainee!
- Human Service Coordinators (16 vacancies): Human Service Coordinators assist individuals and families by managing their cases and helping them access services such as healthcare, housing, and employment support. They conduct assessments, provide referrals, and ensure that clients receive the necessary services to improve their quality of life.
- Business Relations Representatives (12 vacancies):Business Relations Representatives focus on helping individuals with disabilities secure and maintain employment in the community. They also work directly with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices and provide on-the-job support to employees with disabilities.
